Our little crew has grown a lot since we started in real estate back in 2008! My husband Josh and I have grown our portfolio, our experience, our life/business visions, and our family! It all began shortly after we got married and had the wild idea that we wanted to live life on our own terms, not on the expectations of others.
So, we sold our house for a $10k loss and purchased a 4 plex through a short sale, which we renovated and stabilized while living in. Massive action was our new normal, lol!
Over the years we’ve acquired several hundred multifamily units in three states, own a residential brokerage, completed hundreds of rehabs/flips, started a REIA, developed a super cool farm Josh works on with his antique John Deere equipment, and other business ventures along the way!
One of my greatest passions though, is coaching! I get to coach amazing students in Leadership Boardroom and have the honor of helping them discover and live out their life visions!
Outside of business we have 3 beautiful children, I enjoy yoga (and practice often), we/I travel tons, I love photography, we enjoy activities within our church, and our family has lots of awesome adventures!
There have been so many lessons learned on our journey so far! We put in long hours on renovations, property management, business management; we did ‘all the things’ on our own for many years. As we grew, we realized this was not sustainable, at least not if we wanted to actually enjoy life!
So, we dialed in our visions for the lives we truly wanted to live, then hired fantastic third-party management, cut out what didn’t serve us, and created systems to give us more time from everything else.
That time is used to focus on living our visions as well as continuing to grow our businesses. We run everything without employees, just an amazing team of independent contractors, and only about 15-18 hours per week of work.
I am passionate about sharing the vision concepts and tools that have given us the exceptional freedoms we have today. I’m committed to continued growth personally, professionally, and for my students and clients! I’ve been honored to help many students find their own path to freedom through investing as well as understanding their unique visions for life and business.

In 2005, Michael started a private equity firm, raising $18 mm in private equity and acquired $60 mm in multi-family apartments including 4,000 units in five different US markets. As part of the company’s growth, Mike built and developed a property management division that managed 7,500 units.
